There are many beautiful small towns in Canada. Paris in Ontario is one among them. Penman’s dam on the Grand River is a main attraction in Paris. Built in 1918 by the Penman clothing company for water power, Penman’s Dam and Penman’s Dam Park are great picnic spots now.
